Wherever you are, everybody have a safe and happy Thanksgiving. Although it's celebrated as a holiday, please take a moment and think of the things you have to be thankful for.
I'm thankful for each and every one of you that are out there doing the job you do, day after day.
Where are you

Well then. The sidewalks are safe then. I'd be more worried about the ditch
-
Awww man, come on guys, ditches are safe, but ally docks? not so much!

I am happy to be with who I am with, learning who I am learning with, and gennerally, pretty happy.

Yeah, but try to get lots of sleep tonight. You'll have a little adjustment time to sleep in a moving truck. Most of us had to make the adjustment.
And don't forget to have fun. -
Im 'excited' and I always been able to sleep in a moving truck and for the first week I should not have to, first 50 hours of road time that I drive trainer is required up front with me so, for atleast 3-5 days we are only rollin for the hours im driving or so.
-
And that is something I don't agree with! I believe a trainer should be in the second seat 70 hours a week for the duration of your training... Not running team.... Monitoring, correcting, & training.
I got pissed off today at one of your mentors.... Not sure which one. I helped a 2 week driver move weight that he was never trained how to do..... Yes I called Swift afterward to complain about the training this driver did not recieve!!! -
Belive it or not:
Thank you.
I agree with you, and well, I am sure swift apprecates your help. My trainer seems straight up and from the hip, if I got questions I will have them awnsered for this I am sure.
He is a good guy, but I was just stating what was expected/ and 'in the book' like all companies, not all trainers are perfect.
