NO Gaza strip, but plenty of farm strips. Keep driving West, hit 30, drive around Canton until you come by Wooster, OH. You won't see any Palestineans, and other Arabs, but if you are lucky, you may get to see some fine looking Amish girls, showing their sweet legs under their black dresses, if you don't mind hair. Just don't blow the buggys off the road. We need to have our tourism around here!
Where are you

I-85 at the TA in Commerce, Ga. Listening to the radio Atl is a mad house due to weather conditions. I lived in Cartersville for 20 years before heading out west last year. I know how these crazies drive in inclement weather. I decided to shut 'er down heading to Houston for Friday lunch.

Good Choice. Was on 24 heading east past the 59 interchange when the ice finally started taking casualties. Came up on a 4 wheeler spin out/guard rail impact with a young mother and 3 children. Inadvertently parked in such a way as to provide a perfect haven for the 1st responders, that came after me, to perform their professional services. NOT what I had intended to participate in, but you must step up when able.
Ice sucks. Hunkering down now of MM169 across from the Pilot. Thank God, no serious injuries and I hope the rest of the traveling public got the message to SLOW DOWN! in inclement weather.
I am tired of truckers that pooh pooh any one who dares to slow down and drive judiciously in these conditions. Shame on you!rocknroll nik and LandShark Thank this. -
Troutdale, OR.
Unload tomorrow north of the river, pick up by Olympia and go Spokane way.
I may be off for a couple of days after Friday. I'm getting back in touch with some very old friends...brothers and sisters, some of whom I have never even met. I'm going home.
