Yep! Pretty interesting day yesterday. Left hand and right hand definitely not connecting. Got a lot of "be there in (fill in the blank) hours", "we haven't forgotten about you", etc.

 

"What was your driver number again....I don't see that in our data bank...must not be one of ours...........Hey George..just wait and see if he calls back, there might be some mistake, could there really be a driver that thinks we care?"

Missed you by a day.

That place used to have awesome chicken alfredo fettuccini. Chicken was good enough to be served by itself, and it came with a roll with butter/white wine mixture smeard on (very tasty).

But not no more. I inquired about it to my waitress last time I was there, and apparently, they got a new owner a couple years ago. I was deeply bummed.

 

Are ya'll talkin' bout a truck stop or a Olive Garden?????

Got the t-call pulled off this load. It goes to just west of Columbus, OH. But I have to stop in Phoenix anyway due to a problem with my hours. I'll be at the end of my 70 when I get to Phoenix.
