THAT sucks. I'd be having a cow, sheep, and a variety of other types of farm animalia. Not just the tire, but the 344-mile, 4-day run. I'm about 100 miles from you or I'd buy you lunch. Good luck man!

    Johnson's Corner.

Came across Vail and Ike barefoot. Got there about 5 minutes after the chain law was lifted. After stopping briefly to drop a little fuel at the Eagle, seeing a very not attractive woman wearing a dress get into her Swift truck that was blocking three of the fuel pumps and waiting for her to MOVE, ALREADY!! Then finding out inside the store she was boistrously trying to get in that man's pants before hurumphing out. And on my way out of the parking lot:
    (On the radio)
"Hey, lady Swift leaving the Eagle..."
"Yeah, Driver, what can I do for you?"
    "You going east?"
    "Yeah, what's up?"
"You know they're chaining up at Vail and Eisenhower?"
"Well, that's what the chains hanging on that rack are for..."

Last I heard, CO was okay with cables. Prime issues one pair of single chains and the rest cables. But things can change year-to-year, so it might be a good idea to ask.

Load dropped, ready for a reload...after getting rid of Walmart's trash.

They don't have a pair of singles in the truck stop? And there's not another Werner with an extra set there? When I went through there this morning, it looked like a Werner terminal in there with a few others just for seasoning.

Next load picks up here in Loveland and goes to just south of Holbrook, AZ.
