Would you go up to the Radio Shack and tell them I am having trouble with the Virgin Air Card I purchased there last month and cannot get any help from them, except, "Jeem, Wot is the problem?" We cannot help you Jeem. You have to take it back where you purchased." When asked to speak to supervisor, "Sorry Jeeem, Supervisor berry busy on another call. Geeeve me your number and supervisor will call you soon." That was two weeks ago....Jeeem still waiting. Am I supposed to press 1 for english? Please advise.....I will will await the Shack's answer.

 

That's your problem. You bought a Virgin air card. Now if you bought a air card that got around a little..... You wouldn't have a a issue using it!
