1/2 lemon (or enough of those lemon juice packets from the coffee counter to be about 1/2 lemon)
2 or 3 tablespoons of honey (4 or 5 honey packets)
12 oz piping hot water.

Mix 'em together and hold it under your nose until it cools enough to sip...so you can breathe in the vapors. Then sip it slowly. The lemon boosts your vitamin C and opens your sinuses. The honey is soothing to your throat and has mild antibiotic effect.

Vick's is mighty handy, too.
