I understand, and thanks. I went ahead and coped the corners, mainly cuz I hate moving the guide on the bandsaw. I’ve got it at a perfect 90. I guess I need to build a 45 jig so I don’t have to move anything.

Anyway:

 

Time to finish what I could have achieved yesterday - thanks Quality Assurance, your pencil needs to be pushed up your rectum.

I welded the legs on the outside of the frames and made some little triangles on the bandsaw to fill the holes:



Supports for the drill press base:



Painted the legs but left the top bare and just clear coated the whole thing.
