We have a Green Mountain. I think this one costed around $650.

We like it for special events. You can put meat on and don't really have to babysit it.

Last night that would have worked. Had 2 buddy's both from out of town show up within 60 minutes of eachother. We flat out got lubricated period

Not to night however Sir. My penance has been working in the shop all day. Not that exhaust fumes or brake clean are any better.

Tidy joint you have there. The coffee table gave me an idea . . .

I kinda figured money would sort out that problem - but money in sports is a problem in itself.

That’s kinda sweet , when they do that. “Here - you keep it for me!”

Why you - you - grrrrrrrr. Wait - mmmmmmm!

    Traeger or Pit Boss.

Gas grill - direct flame heat. Pellet grill/smoker - indirect heat. The TEMPERATURE control is unrivaled on the pellet smokers - you pretty much cannot screw it up.

I’ll take running around doing other things vs. babysitting a meal. More poking I do, more likely I mess it up anyway.

Get the Traeger or Pit Boss - last years model, on special for $500 or so - shop around. I guarantee you’ll love it. Pellets and gas are about the same - after your first smoked chicken you’ll be sold on it.

    I thought so too.

The place was notorious for the oldest, ugliest lot lizards in existence ever since I started driving. Had Carl ask me if "Legs" was still out there. Yep. Been out there for at least 2 decades. Carl then informs me that she was once a Trism driver. That I did not know.

Trism went belly up in 2001. Never worked there, knew lots of high caliber drivers that came from that company. I've always wanted to know how a company with high end customers and freight went belly up. Usually it's corruption in the board room that does it. Or putting all your eggs in 1 basket and some political type crushes that basket.

Well, just reviewed "Where is Everyone", the original thread started by Cluck the Legend. It went 499 pages and had a peaceful shutdown. Back then, the big threads was a problem to TTR. Seems like a lifetime ago.

That made me smile. Made me think of that driver up in Red Deer that bumped that sow outta his way at the Olymel plant.
