Where is everyone #5

Ya know, I’ve been in some rough predicaments trying to get a Drilling Rig on to location in the coal mines. And I’ve been on 20% grades...... with a dozer hooked to me in case a drive line broke!!

But I’ve never been on a driveway steep as 20%+, 3 miles long with a load of furniture.....

 

It was back before your time young fella.. All that lead painted furniture really was heavy.

 

The highest marked grade @ 10%, and the short ones that are unmarked have to be in the 10+% range on my stretch of 422, but I've never drove a truck on anything steeper than the hill to the old Yuengling Brewery in Pottsville, whatever it is.

 

..........been right out straight the last 3 or 4 days, and just now gettin' back to the barn and caught up with my readin' .......and seen this.

..........I wish I was smart enough to say something well enough........ that it might actually be comforting and helpful......... But I'm not, so I'm sorry man. Truly blows.

 

Just put on a load of lambs and ewes in Shippensburg, .......hope that wasn't you that woke up next to me with all my coolant under your truck. F me

Had that business 3 weeks ago,...... Pritten' near told my wife to go just ahead and roll me into the manure pit. Thought I was done.

 

Some of us here are too stupid be flatbedders!
