Don't know what taste you're after, but I can get you the wife's recipe tomorrow.

Cornmeal, egg, buttermilk, and some oil. Stir it up and pour in a cast iron pan. Depends on what size pan you use as to how much cornmeal to use.

Was watching Overhauling on TV. This guy is a true car guy. No words when it was time for action.

    Got a good laugh.

I might have to violate my own rule about go east of Nashville and make a trip up your way .... There are quite a few places down here in Brownsville that make fresh tortillas and they are awesome with some egg quest and chorizo

I’ll look at my notes for amount of cornmeal tomorrow.

When I fire up the gristmill at the show folks gather like you wouldn’t believe waiting on a bag of meal lol. It’s nothing to do 400 lbs in a day. Some folks like my aunt Virginia like it with bigger grit so I usually grind it for here first then close up the stones and make a little finer for the rest.

I find that fresh ground meal has a taste all it’s own.....

Always welcome to my neck of the woods. I married somewhat of a city girl, but she does some fine country cooking ....!!

Considering Mr. Kenney just announced the vaccine will not be mandatory I'd say yeah the tinfoil hat's a little tight.
