And here I thought I was the only one doing that.....

 

Wait...I thought you and the front office butted heads over project storage!

 

I swear the most annoying thing is having to sit and watch the clock tick knowing you gotta be somewhere! Man I miss loose leafs!!

 

That's more board member/investors level.

 

Pretty sure mine hate each other. I've been concerned about workplace violence a few times, but they're both getting up in age...

 

And there’s the reason I’m doing what I’m doing today.
I worked mostly in start up companies. I’ve been fired by all of them. Most more than 2x.
But when they start the next one and they need a get it done guy, my phone starts ringing. When it gets all political and correct I’m shown the door.

Took a couple of times to understand I needed to get paid up front instead of listing to there Pie in the sky speeches.

Employees have become disposable, just like all the products available today.

 

I’m glad to know I’m not alone. Lolol.

 

My company meetings usually go something like this....

'You dumb SOB, what the hell were you thinking?'

'Well it really looked like a good idea...'

'Good idea?! I'll tell you what would have been a good idea....'

'Oh really, you're gonna tell me, when all you do is whine and cry and ##### and moan when things ain't just so.'

'Hey who's the boss of this operation anyhow?'

'OK big boss man, you want to make money or twiddle...'


About this time is when our single unpaid employee starts considering calling for someone to bring a straight jacket.

 

If I’m talking to myself… it’s usually because I hear VOICES, dudes.

 

You see. I know the voices in my head aren't real. But sometimes they have some really good ideas.
