This is the skill level we typically see around here: -
I really need to #### or get off the pot with the agent I run for. They make zero effort to get me out of the SA come Monday. Just dh me 250mi to pick up and run local Dallas or Dallas to Houston and back loads. The division I run under doesn't allow us access to our internal load board to run freight from other agents. I've spoke to a vp and I can get access, but I have a feeling if I do, my agent is going to stop giving me any freight (its all short haul 40 and 60ft rebar).
On the flip side, I could get under a stepdeck and run a lot of other freight on my own terms and time instead of getting my ### ran off pretty much every week.cke, tramm01, CAXPT and 1 other person Thank this. -
Car in my neighborhood when I was a kid had letterbox letters on the bumper spelling ‘PHYSCO’
I was terrified of the possibility of a dyslexic maniac in the vicinity. -

Few years ago Dad went with me in the pickup to Charleston to run an errand. We stopped at a pawn shop on the way back just to see what they had since we had never been there before.
Dad found a Winchester .22 Mag hanging on the wall he just really liked, but the price was a little higher than he wanted to pay.
After we got in the truck I told Dad I forgot something and went back in, I put a deposit on the Winchester then went back and paid for it. When his birthday came around in December I gave it to him as a present. He was lit up like a Christmas tree!
Went to dads this morning before going to the funeral home to make arrangements for his Celebration of Life. Stepmom told me to find the Winchester and take it home.
Dad also had my great grandfather’s 45-70 trap door model 1887, don’t know who will end up with it, I hope it’s not one of the grandsons who is likely to trade it off or put it in a pawn shop….
