Well I did it to myself

Calling all hands. I’ve reached out to a few. Bit late at night - but have a guy close by for safe storage at least.

Pulled into the shopping center my wife was getting her nails done at, pulled the knob and all hell broke loose. Luckily I was bobtail and my wife was making a grocery run right after. Bad news is the only parts place in 50mi that carries big truck parts is a Carquest in Kerrville and they got me for $227 for an Automann part.

I used to do 3 loads a day out of there. My buddy still does. There's a couple tricks to being in and out quick. When waiting to load, pull your straps loop them up through the rub rail so they're ready to go. Have your boards out and ready. Have your load # written down for the dingdongs in the bay then when you hit the outbound scale for your paperwork, pull up to the left of the scale and use the computer thats in the window looking out. Just skip the scale all together. Those little things would save me about 15min per trip in there.

He has to be back to work Monday, and he doesn't think he can make it with anymore problems.

Thanks, I'm not the best at shopping for a little girl. But I try.
