Pulled the cover off the tiller today. Cleaned up the contacts on the points and adjusted, cleaned the coil and flywheel contact areas, pulled that grounding spade in case the insulation was bad, and still no spark.
It doesn't look like much is available parts wise, so I think it's gonna get repowered.
Looking around on the frame and it's an 84 model Troy Bilt.
Thanks for y'alls help. Really would like to get it running, but sometimes ya just gotta hit the easy button. I'll put it on a shelf and maybe come back to it later.
