I quit bidding on the 359 at $16k.
I have a Komatsu loader that was quite a bit worse than the pictures made it look. Been three years and I'm almost ready to work on it and see if I can use it or get some of my money back.JolliRoger, jamespmack, Feedman and 10 others Thank this. -

That's pretty good for as young as them kids are.
I don't have Spotify or anything, so not sure what libraries they would exist in, but you can see.
Australian band - Powderfinger - specifically the album Space Odyssey Number 5.
NZ Band - Weta - only one album, Geographica. Phenomenal album.
NZ Band - They called themselves Shihad originally, then changed their name about the time they tried to break into the US scene, to Pacifier.
Multiple albums, I like the first one which is self titled IIRC, and under Pacifier, 'Love is the New Hate' was a more recent good one.
Split Enz, Neil and Tim Finn - had great material over the years - as did Dave Dobbyn and DD Smash.
Supergroove was a newer hip hop/funk/rock band in the early 2000's that were pretty good too.
We were fed a steady diet of UK and US music in rotation on the radio, until 'NZ on Air' came about, where the government told the TV/Film/radio stations they had to play 20% NZ content or lose funding. It led to a surge in home grown talent - the world wouldn't have known who Peter Jackson (Lord of the Rings) was without it.exhausted379, cke, CAXPT and 4 others Thank this. -
Thanks for some new stuff to check out.

Ummmm, I'm going to have to pass on those.
My head started hurting after the second one sounded like the first. The tempo of the voice was on, but the music was just....loud. You must have a headache after listening all night.
I'd call these tunes more of a reimagining/interpretation, or covers, than a remake since the music wasn't recreating the originals, so I wouldn't consider them a remake.
@sawmill 's, on the other hand, sounded like an original, so I could listen to that for awhile even though it was in that same rushed banging guitar instrumental style. Maybe I'm just getting too old, as Bach is starting to sound good.

LOL, wonderful cover...remake, close...but more of a novelty aspect that I thoroughly enjoyed. Thanks for that link.
Notice their intent was to recreate the elements of the original, so that's why I say it was more of a remake, although, considering the instruments they used to do it, was quite inventive and interesting, especially the anvil.

Bravo.....
ROFLMAO...inventive and entertaining.....and that, is a reimagining, and wonderfully done.
Again, thanks for that enjoyable link.

Not familiar with the original, so I had to give a listen to the instrumental version, and yes that was a nice remake for kids, and I agree with @Gatordude 's evalution, espeically the kid on the bass...he was rockin it.

The whole thiing, was studio quality so...there is that.
