Well, since I'll be doing everything myself so as to not incur any debt, probably 2 - 3 years to get it "finished". Probably going to park an RV out back for "home" while doing it. Going for the high end industrial loft concept.

It's the middle one. The one on the left belongs to the mayor, it's his "toy" shop and the one on the right might be for sale. The next on you can barely see on the right is a converted home, for sale, ridiculous priced. It's going to sit for a long time. You don't do this with store front buildings in small towns thinking your going to make money. It's about low acquisition cost, low cost of maintenance and low property taxes (mine will be $12 for 2019).
