I will tell you, I bought the building for less than 1/2 my property tax bill in Washington last year.

 

That's pretty cool. I like the chairs out front, good place for some story tellin. Be fun hearing about how it's going. I'd come over and visit when you've got the downtime, maybe we can hit that restaurant, lol.

Yeah, I've never hid that, although I spell it wrong. Even one of the ### hurt banned members from here had to say something about it on another forum. I don't apologize for managing my money and using it to buy what I want.

As for the tires on the bimmer, that was one of the many sticker shocks I got after that stupid midlife crisis decision.
