Painted the cargo door yesterday. Didn't think it was going to match.....NAILED IT ! perfect match. Not a good pic with the lighting but it is spot on ! Didn't have a good paint code had the paint shop use a scanner on it .....they did good......now I just got to do the rest of the dang truck.

Yes, that truck engine was built by antrim. My kw I did myself. When I put it on dyno I had them shut it down at 780 hp. They said it had more but I didn't want to push it ! LOLAl. Roper, Slowpoke KW, Shock Therapy and 18 others Thank this.

Played that game a few times now.
T2000 - swapped passenger for drivers to get me by, picked up one near new from a buddy and trucked it home, then bought passenger new and installed.
379 - replaced both.
You're right - I aint a big fella either, but the thought of NICE NEW SEATS gives you that extra super strength to wrestle 'em!Al. Roper, Slowpoke KW, Shock Therapy and 20 others Thank this. -

17 degrees this morning in Milwaukee. Receiving opens at 7am. Yeah right. 10.30am before I get in the door.
I spent till 0830 making a pest of myself at the receiving window', until they flat out started ignoring me. "Go ahead and untarp".
2 - 4 foot machine, 2 - 6 foot machine drop. Came off like reluctant old cardboard. Caught wind like parachutes, rolled up like sticky buds with drunk fingers. Tarp straps that stretched like warm steel. I was fit to be tied by the time Pedro came to give me the news . .
"Come and have a look at this door, see if you can make it - it's all we got"
They'd run trucks around me all morning. Cram full messy fab/coating place, staff vehicles parked in dumb places - had to blind-side back into a door ( Thanks Moto-mirror!) - at 63' trailer setting - got the junk off and huffed and puffed all the rags around, tied down and left. Off to the truck stop.
Out with the laptop. Bunch of cut and paste junk on the board. This didn't work out, that load was taken, Detroit wasn't giving signals . . . pounced on a load that a hotshot could have taken (snickers to himself) 40 miles away to Des Moines. Putzy money, but no tarp and an easy drive over there - no Chicago, and not too far to bounce home for the weekend, before the weather packs a tantrum again.
Try again next week. Me hates the cold wevva.Al. Roper, Slowpoke KW, 1951 ford and 18 others Thank this. -
