You know as well as anyone. Real outlaws... you never see 'em coming, rarely see 'em going, but you'll sure as heck know they been there.

Speaking of new trucks. The 2020 Cascadia is getting their latest and greatest version of the driver assist tech or whatever its called. I think that stuff is cool. I could run pretty hard if I had a truck that had some auto pilot stuff on it. Sometimes after strapping/chaining/tarping you're just worn out. Give me some tech that allows me to relax for a bit behind the wheel and I could definitely run more miles without being as tired.

This is why every girl I met one of the first questions worked in to the conversations was "can you cook?"!

Look I have some buddies give me crap about my fleet looking Classic, same guys in long wheel base Pete's, big loud pipes and chicken lights complaining about Dot hassling them. Can't make any money, bouncing from gig to gig. I take no offense, what I do might not work for you, and what you do don't work for me. That said I don't care about you. Don't take that the wrong way. But in a business sense I could care less about how people think you should operate. Now I really enjoy all you guys and I have learned stuff from you gents about trucking that I may have went my entire life and never learned. Just because this broadens my range of available information. And I Thank You.

I think you reach a point where you accept there's a different tool for different jobs, sometimes that includes the one between the seat and the wheel.
