Whoa - I don’t want to come off looking like a bag of chips.

I met with @Ruthless 3-4 years ago, and our conversation was one sided. He was talking Dutch - I was trying to translate.

Now I talk Dutch too. His niche is different, but the language becomes the same.

It was only after talking with folks like @Ruthless , @Old Man , @sawmill and others, over the years - that I learned what I did. Not saying I’m top dollar cream of the crop significant revenue earning blah blah.

I try not to sum it up with ‘I don’t turn the key for less than X’ - rather “Find the niche”.

Think about the areas that Ruthless and Sawmill run.

Now think about what folks say about those areas.

Then ask ‘Why so successful?’ I always ask.

“How did you break your leg” - and -

“How come you buy a new yacht every year?”

I have great respect for bricks and sticks - but it’s just not how I’m geared.

Got told that today about moving those 55 foot long beams lol, I put a quote in as they ask for, someone hauled them for $600. More power to them is all I can say. A full day is worth more than that to me.

 

Bugger. I’m still a tool.

I get it now. It's used to keep tractor applied while trailer is released. For some reason. Everything I looked at didnt click
