First time trying to make this:
The meat is a mix of 93/7 beef and 80/20. The meat is seasoned with ginger, soy sauce, kosher salt, fresh ground pepper, shredded mozzarella and a dash of sesame oil.
It has New York style sautéed onions in the middle of the patty.
Topped with onion, tomato, Polish Dill pickes, lettuce, bbq sauce, and a tomato, lemon, onion, garlic homemade guacamole.

I've got pretty much the same thoughts. Add in all the folks that think their AWD minivan means they can do whatever they want on snow or ice.

There's always been bad wrecks, but I don't remember there being all these 50+ vehicle pile ups 20 yrs ago. Seems now there's just too many people, all too comfortable, in too big #### of a hurry. It's really a shame too cause sometimes it costs more than what dollars can replace, especially when some common sense could have avoided it.
