Lol I think they tried to give me the mass load. I told them no. I'm due home next weekend and Im not going to new england and getting screwed like last time.
Sitting in toms brook, va. Headed to drop the trailer at the balitmore drop yard (I hate maryland, baltimore, and that drop yard) then back to front royal, va to load at family dollar dc to take to a place called grief in riverville, va. Looks like some kind of manufacturing plant. I'm confused. Only thing out there. Middle of no where. Ill have about 1.5 hours left in my drive time but its a live load and off load. Closest place to take a 10 I can find is an hour away. This is gonna be fun.
Where, OH, Where........

Hah they kept trying to give it to me, gave up when I told them the quickest I could have it there would be 24 hours after scheduled delivery. 1k mile load though, whoever gets it is going to have to run real hard to deliver on time.
Don't worry falcon, "you can break at the final" I am sure
. That one always makes me laugh.
Picked up and am breaking at the Loves in Zanesville, people parked everywhere thought I wouldn't find a spot but snagged the last open space next to the Loves tanker

You can always find a spot on the side of a road or ramp and put your triangles out. That's what I use to do when they would insist on running me out of time in the middle of bum #### Egypt somewhere. Grief also has 2 drop yards along fiber plant rd they might let you park in. I would just do it without asking.Last edited: Jul 5, 2013

Yea saw the yards on google maps. Other than those two yards I saw no where in the area. I found an independent truck stop about 40 miles south. Seems to be the closest place. This place is so out there the closest walmart is 45 miles away by road. Lol.
This time they said stay at final even after I told them they wouldn't let me they said use safe harbor rule. I told them that only applies in unforseen circumstances. They tried to tell me it was any time. I laughed and asked who was paying the ticket if DOT saw it. They hemmed and hauhhed. And I asked again who paid the ticket and took care of my csa points? They finally said if I get a ticket its on me. I said ok when I get there ill ask if I can stay if they say no ill telll them that's fine see you in 10 hours and ill leave. Well now the load is dropping in Baltimore for a monday delivery. Imagine that.... -
Laredo to Louisville with a drop at final. Im sure to loose my trailer on this one.
-
Lol of course I get to Baltimore and no mt trailers. Sitting on drop yard waiting on weekend dispatch to tell me what they want me to do. They will be lucky if I make delivery tonight. Ill be short on time after a live load at family dollar. Oh well.

Louisville. Home sweet home. 4 days. I took the tractor to ThermoKing for more APU service. they found a bunch of missing bolts, nuts and electrical connections. It just so happens the APU was serviced in Forrest Park last week.

You are probably going to Dana on Westport Rd. Great likelihood is you park your trailer; move your new mt from the dock; put your delivery in the same door, then hook the mt. There will be a guard rail a little bit in your way on the right. no big deal. Ya just gotta go in at a small angle. Easy, clean place to deal with. When you leave the property going right, the next traffic light has a right turn that can put you close to a metal light pole if traffic does not cooperate. If you go south on the Synder, come to my place. I grill up something nice. Yorktown North. National Turnpike. 7th house on the left next to lake on northernmost entry.

Going to a place called Louisville Ladder. I've never been there but have picked up Dupont loads nearby. They are deadheading me 188 miles to pick this load up. They must not have any freight in New Braunfels where I unloaded.

Back on the 95 corridor running from Ct to Nc. My reprieve from the east was short lived as my career with USA will be if they don't start listening. Once in awhile here I've got no problem with. But this has been way, way too much lately.
