Where's Kevin the radio host?

Last thing I heard, he met the mud duck radio guy out in the desert. They fell in love and moved to Cali.

Who cares? All that matters is he is gone. God he is a douchebag.

 

He is operating on Letstruck.com Sirius took him off the radio, might have a podcast or so.

 

He’s still doing a 3 hour show every day. He’s still running his web store and doing his health stuff. About all that changed is where to find the show.

 

Apparently some AZ congressman made a not so nice comment about truckers wanting to go on strike. KR made some comment directed towards that congressman.

The show was canceled in February.

From someone at that level of recognition in this industry, emotional statements over a national radio broadcast, like shooting a senator for whatever stupid things he said, are unacceptable. He should have known better.

The guy became a malcontent and everything is doom and gloom for him. I used to like to listen to him for his natural ability to express his beliefs but there was little positivity in his show lately and instead getting a nice dose of inspiration, I felt like hit with a thumper on the head.
I don’t care about his podcast any more. He has got nothing say I could benefit from any more.

Who the hell is he to tell me not to eat grains? I don’t care if he read a million books on his kindle.
I eat grains and believe that they are good for me. Good grains.

Last ten years I have been hearing from heavyset folks don’t eat grains. Here I am middle aged and eat a copious amounts of grains and weigh 150 lbs. I don’t think it’s grains, thousands of years people lived on grains and were slim. I would probably speculate more on sugars and inactivity are the issue.

 

Weight isn't just the only reason not to eat grains. I did the dirty keto and post Weight and felt like I was a young kid again. Then I fell off the wagon and having a hard time getting back on it.
