I, for one, appreciate your considered and studied take on our social climate.

I'm only surprised that the Almighty Thought Police haven't looked up your IP address, contacted your service provider, and shown up quite unannounced at your residence. The Chinese would have a regular field day, blacklisting you all throughout their so-called "social credit system." LMAO!

 

I'm part "big injun," and stuff like that doesn't bother me. The Trail of Tears, smallpox blankets, numerous broken treaties, and the Bear River Massacre (among others) bother me - but words don't.

 

same thing happened to me in the 90's in Chicago. stopped at a red light at night and a saw two people standing on the corner, the girl walked over to my truck and ask for a smoke told her I didn't smoke (even though I did) so she crawled under my truck and laid there. was not about to get out my truck but couldn't get her to leave so finally the guy walked over and said just give her a smoke so I said fine and threw out a pack with a couple smokes left in it and she got out from under the truck walked back to the corner and fired up lol. I hauled ###. just to add a time line I drove for Burlington motor carriers in a cab over- that's how long ago that was.

 

Angry, aggressive, and distracted truck and 4 wheeler drivers scare me more than any environment I deliver to. You are much more likely to be killed on the road than while parked.

 

Mobile, Alabama has double the violent crime rate of New York City. In fact the northeast is very safe compared to most of the south.

 

In reality the USA's violent crime rate is half of what it was thirty years ago.

 

The media sensationalism is 3x the amount though.

 

Oh yeah, Brazil super peaceful, what the point in checking facts, statics etc. It's all about how you fell....
