Bus stations always seem to be in the worse part of town, and attract the lowlifes of the area. Hate to hear that this happened.

 

I don't know. This story just seems a little too far fetched.
This driver has 10 years experience according to his profile and cut someone off? And then gets fired? And he cut off a government official? Head of the FMCSA at that!

Then he was on his way home... got to the Greyhound terminal, got hungry, got robbed, at gunpoint, lost everything. Presumably his ATM/debit card too.
And they took his Greyhound ticket.

I'm sorry, but it will take a little more to convince me.

 

This could be true, but....maybe the wife should call the company to see if the story pans out about the firing.

I have seen some drivers come up with some real good stories to explain how they lost their job and money at the same time.

I had a couple of drivers working for me who could never get from one coast to the other without something happening to the advance I gave them, which was twice what they needed for fuel.

If this story is true, I feel for you.

I would like to see a police report and hear from the company though.

 

I am so sorry this happened to him tell him to go to the nearest truck stop and tell the story there and he will get a ride home I would be willing to bet on it. Truckers stick togather even when you get fired.

 

How'd they use the bank card to clean out the account without a PIN?

 

Maybe he had the PIN written on the card or sleeve...dumb, but people do it.

 

They can also be used like Credit Cards, where the credit just takes out of your bank.
