Big Don, Big_D409, rabbiporkchop and 12 others Thank this. -
I have heard guys say that cuts down on the vibration from the steering wheel. Only time I ever have was when the heater quit working.
-
It didn't fit so they had to acquit.

To get a better grip, it's hard holding a steering wheel all day
*sprinkle sarcasm* -
I wear'em.
Gotta wear a brace on my left hand due to wrist damage from falling. Wrist brace is made out of material that slips on the wheel. Gloves provide the extra friction needed.
Plus, they're comfortable. Comfort matters far more to me than the opinion of strangers.Big Don, OLDSKOOLERnWV, Wargames and 7 others Thank this. -
Apparently they prevent calluses from the steering wheel.
Never worn them myself.silver dollar, pattyj and TequilaSunrise Thank this. -
Saw a covenant driver wearing gloves on time...you know the fingerless hole where the knuckles are gloves.....did know covenant hauled for Judas Priest
Stormy 69, InfinitiG35, Cledus Snow and 1 other person Thank this. -
Haha that's the first thing I do when shaking another truckers hand....see how rough their calluses are to give me an idea how many times they have held a steering wheel for dear life.....
