None of that cab is lawfully considered private, while on public ground. A certified DOT inspector can go into your sleeper, without your permission, to make sure it complies with the regs, ie sleeper restraints.
I don't know what the regs are in Ireland, I don't live or run there, but I do know what they are in my home country.
