why do people drop out

    Where is this "requirement?"

    Disclosing WHERE you have worked in the last 3 years is a LOT different than HAVING 3 years experience

    It doesn't say you MUST have 1 year or 3 years. It just says you have to disclose it.

    Swift is one of the reputable ones . :biggrin_25523: . How many other carriers had their driving school shut down and had students' CDL's revoked ?

    They are hiring a lot because newbies are getting terminated or quitting a lot . Yup , they are doing what they do - chewing newbies up and spitting them out .

    There's that CSA dynamic going on too. When it went active they went back 3 years for violations on all drivers. So companies are on a big recruiting kick to get warm bodies into truck seats, bodies that don't have commercial driving violations.

    A lot of people get out here thousands of miles from home and quickly realize this job is not for normal sane 'got it together' people lol so they drop out.
