Why do some Fail @ Mercer

Pulling van or flat?

 

I book 90% of my own loads, I dont rely on my coordinator.

 

I was van. I do think flatbed is more lucrative. Mercer doesn't have enough experience with van loads.

You're the guy that did the YouTube videos blaming Mercer for your failures. I had a great coordinator when I was there and I might go 2 months and never talk to him. I booked my own loads. Yes, I took control of MY business. Tailer rental is just part of doing business. But Mercer is partially at fault though, they need to raise their standards back up and only hire real O/Os. Then they wouldn't have people blaming them when they fail.

 

Every single load except for dedicated accounts goes on the in house load board.

 

What do you mean by real O/O? Nobody with a lease purchase?
