Why Hate on OOIDA?? It's $45/yr lol.

Nothing wrong with joining OOIDA, they do have answers to alot of questions and can be very helpful. They're about the only ones sticking up for the independents these days. They may not always win the battle but at least they are there on the battlefield.

 

Every legal case they get involved with they loose. If there is a law suit , they loose it.

 

I use them for their CMCI drug consortium. Well worth the membership fee, and the annual fee. OOIDA has won quite a few cases, mostly against Company Leasing Practices. I don’t care for their Insurance products. Haven’t seen any advantage to using them. The drug consortium is very good. Never a problem in 16 yrs.

 

I recently used them for the new clearinghouse also. There were problems getting into the website. Small fee, it’s taken care of, along with the upcoming updates needed at the end of the year. First time I’ve used them for anything since getting my authority. Membership allows you to call and ask any question. They’re usually very helpful, taking time to explain things in plain English. Especially helpful with compliance questions.

 

I’ve a lifetime membership.
Wait til Oct/Nov they usually drop price about 10/year.
I use CMCI and having process agents in each state will be covered.
