    I drive in row crop country doing LTL road and we have been slow since July 5th. The first two weeks of February were insane but the last two weeks it has picked up. I didn't have many single trucks passing me this week, mostly packs of 3 to 5 so the truck load carriers are running I-80 hard now.

    There's only 2 reasons why one should go into Florida
    - You live there

    - The line haul on your load going into FL is too good to pass the load up.

    Rates going out have always been terrible. These days, you're lucky to get a load out of there that will pay for your fuel.
