    HI
i choose trucking be because i got sick of the same ole 9-5 routine everyday it got old and stale and yes i'm used to getting paid for sitting on my ### and i won't give that up now lol. even with two degrees i still prefer to be out on the road. i wanted something that was different and had a challenge to it without the 9-5 daily grind i wanted to see the country also i love driving anyways so i figured what the hell ide give it a shot and i'm doing good. i first started off going to swiftie or should i say romper room lol yes i had a bad experiance there it's a part of my life i wanna forget ( and the cost for swiftie is 3900 and if you need loging thats 500 more my friend told me a coummity college cost for that was 1540 and home every night not in another state not that it matters to me after i finished college i waited and finaly i got a hair up my ### and told my friend to swing by the house and pick my ### up and take me out on the road and show me what trucking is really like so he said thats a good idea and off i went i'll be on my own in 3 more weeks [IMG]. yea i don't like it 100% i don't know of any job or lifestyle as trucking is a lifestyle not a job yea i don't like big cities i don't know anyone that does and or the desert but i'll get used to it in time. yea i'm single so it don't matter if i only go home once every six months i'll make more because my friend don't have to worry about getting me a load so i can go home i have no problem with living out of the truck but you do need to see a real house after a while though it can get cramped. as long as i get my shower every other day i'm happy [IMG] i'm not gonna go stinking looking like a grease ball my truck is clean i cant even stand a bag of cheezy poofs on the dash never mind the way i seen the way of some of the truckers dash boards i've seen clutered with ####. like gleen said lack of sleep lack of sleep is not the words for it you don't know weather you will be sleeping day or night seeings how the schedule is depending on what time the load needs to be picked up or dropped off long hrs to i drive 11 hrs a day and thank go we have a micro bbq grill crock pot coffee pot and all the kitchen stuff it avoids eating out at ####y fast food joints and stale truck stops and you save money to. more to come
