I ended up nosing in to a spot the other night. I was pulling out of a fuel lane and up ahead a truck was pulling out of a spot. It was nine pm, the truck stop was getting full and instead of flipping a ##### in the pay lanes to back her in I just nosed in...
Lazy? Probably. Lack of backing skill? Entirely likely.
But... I'm absolutely positive the two dryvan drivers on either side of me appreciated the fact that my noisy reefer was now 53' in the opposite direction from them. It's the little things don't ya know!

i nose in between refer units dont like the noise when sleeping plus i dont idle with other trucks running it makes me hot
