Holy ####! That's impressive and @Chinatown knows how picky I am with pay rates....I would say run don't walk to that one if you can. If you can get some decent miles you will be making serious bank.

Since you want to run the roads, these off your school list are good:
    Halvor Lines
    Hendegaard Transport
    Novco INC.
    Taggart Transportation
    Transport America

Advertisement. Like how hamburgers on the TV and wall posters look big and juicy and fresh, but the burger they hand you is small, dried out and drawing social security benefits.

I get what you are worried about.

However many many companies don't really care. They care that you worked for a company under dot regs, and if you were a bad driver ... that's all.

It is one of the dumbest rules that was created, not the dumbest but close because it is confusing.

See they have to play the game, and then once your in, you are in.

    Good luck ...

I lost 23 of the last 24 months caring for FiL and his sister, both of who stroked out at almost the same time and are now both demented (Genes, man.)

You're young enough to where it doesn't matter as much as you think it does. You're not 25, or 30, with no W-2 history.

It's just going to take a little more hustle, and maybe a dock-to-CDL program, to get in a truck.

Stay clean, don't give up, and you'll be good.

Second this. Take your time and don't rush in whatever job is first.
