Planet Fitness...they're in a lot of big cities and for 20 a month you can go anytime, anywhere. Plus, the have showers, and at least one that I know of has a barber shop, which is free!

Oh yeah and every one I have been to its in a shopping center our something with a huge parking lot, so check it out.

Been using them for three years now for showers and the occasional workout.

You can get dumbbells with interchangeable weight at dicks sporting goods but there pricey think around 199.00.as far as working out on the road running pull ups sit ups air squats if you have dumbbells you can do lunges.running shoes dumbbells jump rope and your set just go to be creative also kettle bells are awesome for a martial art type workout.

I lost my work out want to long time ago, but I respect those that haven't shows many positive charater traits. this may not be doable certainly in the peelot it sure worked for me in basic, AIT, and Jump School at Ft. Benning GA. long ago. one morning we done push ups, set ups, lumber jacks, jumping jacks in sets then next day we ran a certain distance. other than a mat wouldn't be much clutter to carry in truck but finding a sanitary area could be rough.

Resistance bands. I used them as physical therapy while recovering from a shoulder injury.
Unload your own trailer if you can.
    Walk. Lots.
    Really watch your calorie intake.
    Good luck.

I know what you mean, I want to gain some weight too. Just not in fat, but in muscle.
