This is easy, just don't speed, yes to many speeding tickets will get you fired

 

Went by some dude today that had run up and over a berm, high centering & basically obliterating his almost new Western Star, and savagely ravaging his $60K refer.
I'm thinking he was hauling ### down the feeder road next to the highway, probably before sun up, thinking he was on the highway, and the feeder road ended.
Now he has $200K junk pile. He was standing next to it, no youngster.
Probably been driving his whole life.
This is an extremely unforgiving profession, if you're not in it 100%, you have a very good chance of hurting or killing yourself or someone else.

Driving too fast for conditions.

Came around a curve yesterday on the 191 going south coming out of Moab, sheer rock face, probably 3% down, curving to the right, two lane. 55 limit.

Looking right into bear's grill, parked on the opposite side of the road, when I came around.
I was doing 62 or 63.
He didn't come get me.
