Had a fan blade come apart in Lima, Oh once on a well worn 800k plus century class freightshaker. destroyed the radiator. Fortunately it was very close to a vendor and they just happened to have a repaired truck available that was unassigned. That truck was great. newer and lower miles andcfairly clean when I stepped into it.

THAT truck had the dpf light come on at west memphis. got to about 80 miles above roanoke when it completely clogged derating on me. towed back down to roanoke. Was down 2 days from that one.

I blew a turbo once while doing an LTL route; was brought a spare and the starter gave way while backed into a dock of a Winn Dixie who only had 1-door. Management was pissed had to pay me to play RuneScape on my phone for a tow truck

the worse “thing” that’s happened to me was doing a Linehaul run someone cut me off and the new volvos slow down for you; I was hauling doubles and the dang truck slammed on the breaks felt like I lost a trailer while driving down i75. Worse feeling in the world; I rather just hit and kill the guy in front of me than risk my life - I’d never buy a Volvo with that feature.
