Worst company you ever worked for?

Maalt Transport out of Dallas. Hauling frac sand in the oilfield. Terribly mismanaged, and stopped paying the drivers toward the end of their life. They're running under a different name now. Basically the Swift of the Permian Basin.

 

I have a new one to add since my last post on this thread .
Greater omaha express a division of greater omaha packing Co.
Worked there from 1/17 to 7/17 dang near starved to death there all theyre inbound freight was broker loads , no organization, dispatch and management would look you right in the eye and lie .
They left me sitting in Chicago so long once they forgot I was there .

 

I would have to vote for swift at Memphis, TN. While Rohel has screwed me as well, they at least had a decent reason for terminating my employment. (Too slow in cargo securement.)
Swift on the other hand though constructively terminated me because I have ADHD, even though I did the mental evaluations as originally requested. This was in October of 2019; so almost two years ago now.
Thankfully Swift hasn't been my problem since then.

 

D&D water. Owner is a jerk off and will blame you for any little thing that goes wrong.

 

Sounds about right. I stopped driving for them years ago and it sounds like the same old nonsense. Get your training here and make your newbie mistakes here, then take your knowledge to someone who will appreciate it.
