I wouldn't run it. It's nothing more than an invitation for inspection. But I don't see any obvious violations.
The determining factor is the inspecting officers interpretation of the regulation. The tire is legal IMO.Cattleman84 and Switcher Thank this. -

Why do you care if it’s your former company? Once ya get a divorce man, just move on. It doesn’t matter who your ex is seeing, what they’re doing, etc… Just be glad they’re out of your life.
You should be taking pictures of your new situation. Let’s see that shiny new rig. Show us the 6” thick brake shoes and the fresh lube dripping from the chassis, etc… Oh wow, I’m suddenly aroused.
