    Brother told me he saw a driver hop out the truck at the fuel island barefoot to put in fuel. I don’t know about y’all, but that had me laughing my ### off. Had a O/O at our company with four construction size trash bags full of trash leaning beside his bunk, with about eleventeen or so piss gallons on his floor. Our mechanic said his truck looked like it went through WW2.

    How well do y’all manage cleanliness of person and truck?

    My commuter car is generally in need of a quick cleaning.
    My rig was always clean inside. Including the floors.
    Drivers spend most of our day in the truck. How can people stand a filthy cab?

    I think the real question is how does one NOT keep themselves and their truck clean.

    Saw a guy get out of the truck at Pilot at Stoney Ridge off Ohio Turnpike exit 71. Got the fuel lines flowing then dropped to the ground and did 20 pushups. Yuck! Then there was this guy;

    Rest area. Granted he had a mat but when he was done he got on his hands and knees and rolled up the mat and stuck it back in the passenger door so everywhere the mat was touching he was touching as he rolled it, again, YUCK! And they want me to wear a paper or cloth face diaper!

    A spray bottle of vinegar and a roll of paper towels and constantly wiping down interior and floor.

    Shoes off at the door. Plastic carpet doormat under the pedals .

    Clean bath rug set out at night to keep bedding clean.

    Seat cover put over new seat to keep the mechanics Funk off my seat when in service.

    Trash and dirty laundry in passenger side box.
