It stays on the PSP for 5 years.

You have to let the car run into you while you stay in your lane. This happened to me== minding my own business in the slow lane and an SUV coming up the fast lane next to me did a hard right turn into my fuel tank. We both got towed off and I was found at no fault however my company and I were assessed 1 point x 3 the first year, x 2 the second year and x 1 the third year. Year 4 and 5 , no points but still shows up on PSP as a high crash risk driver.

the only thing you can do at this point is apply everywhere, worst case you will have to do something else and wait it out, then probably retrain in 3 years. Some places may open up during the time you have to wait, so keep at it, but play the scenario over and learn, etc. Glad you are ok.

Usually PSP points are 3yrs. Depending on state you live, it stays on MVR 2 to 3 yrs, and your Hire Right report. The accident will show up for the next 7 yrs

Holy Geez...what do you have to do in this biz to avoid being labeled like that...and please don't respond that you shouldn't get into an accident, unless of course, that's true!

dont get into an accident! Especially one so avoidable as this! This was a preventable accident, as most are. If you see someone doing something stupid, back off. there was a wreck posted here a little while back. Car was trying to pass and get around a truck. Truck sped up to not let the car pass, and of course there was an accident. A preventable accident. You're the professional. You need to be vigilant every mile.

It was the other person's fault, they put an APB out for the other car since they left the scene, his paint was on my truck, they hit me and pushed me over. The reason why I was let go is they told me it was because I was under my 60 days probation to cut me.
