At $36 a share, maybe XPO is a good short. They lost money? I always thought CFI/Conway made money. I have worked for a company that was acquired by some Investment Bankers. Maybe the numbers looked good to the Bankers, but after they got big, big, big, they couldn't manage the company anymore.
I would rather short XPO here, than buy it. In case you haven't noticed, crude oil and diesel fuel prices are moving to the upside. That is not good for any transportation stock.

Enjoy this new azzzzz policy apparently recommended by the drivers, believe that I will tell you another one. XPO are a bunch of scumbags. I'm leaving this place, geezez. They can kiss my azzzzz.
Swapping Truck Criteria
Criteria
Truck must be or is projected to be in the shop for three (3) days.
Has three (3) breakdowns of 24+ hours, regardless of type, for 90 days.
Process
1. Truck is placed in shop and repair time is projected or is greater than three (3) days.
2. Road Service notifies the Fleet Supervisor of event.
3. Fleet Supervisor notifies RAD.
4. RAD will assign driver to a working truck and handle the transportation to the working truck at
the nearest pool location.
NOTE: Make, model, mileage, etc. is NOT a consideration in the assignment of the truck. Operations
Manager will have the responsibility, authority, and accountability to settle all disputes and to ensure
we are being thoughtfully frugal.
Refuse Truck Assignment
In the event a driver refuses a truck assignment, AND the Operations Managers accepts the refusal, the
driver will lose:
1. Breakdown/Layover Pay [Driver’s breakdown/layover pay ceases immediately]
2. Hotel Arrangements [Driver will be responsible for their hotel cost] -

More teams and solos turning in their keys and quitting. More drivers complaining of low miles and can't afford to stay. More bad trailers drivers complain being dropped off with lights out, air hoses leaking, flat/bad tires, leaky wheel seals, brakes bad/cracked drums, slack adjusters broke, etc.. So many drivers quitting that dispatch can't cover loads properly-a customer said they were 4 days late picking up a load that was fully ready. Many drivers saying the downward sogga at XPO Truckload continues on a daily/weekly basis.
