I have accepted an offer from XPO Logistics to provide me with training and work for them of course. What are the information you have for them? Would you recommend such a move? How about in comparison with Wil-Trans. Thank you

that is formerly Conway truckload. I am in that division...I hear lots of noises about lower miles lately...and the drivers are blaming it on xpo.
I can say that the change has been transparent. they tell us there will be no major changes for a year...so far that's true.
Plan on Crowder College for your CDL training.that's a good school I recommend.RoadShade Thanks this. -
I can't give you any comparisons to will Tran. I did leave the company for one month about a year ago I came back...I've been here 5 years total.

The recruiter said there will be an avg of 2500 miles per week. I will assume that this number will be lower. Do you have any good or bad things to mention for XPO? Thanks.

Like I said, XPO has been transparent...they seem aggressive, several larger acquisitions including Conway, very technology oriented.
Miles have been soft in last six months...before XPO, but I have confidence it will improve.RoadShade Thanks this. -

Last six months about 2250... prior to that 2600_2700. I believe the current issues will get worked out.

Do they have good equipment? How do they pay for mileage? All miles, empty, full, etc. How about breakdown and layover? Thank you for all your answers.
