You need to do some research on wether or not per diam is right for you. It benefits the company 100% of the time but it doesn't always benefit the driver. There are some very good threads on TR regarding this. If you decide per diam is not benefiting you get off it. This will be a good lesson in fighting Knight and an indication of things to come in your short stint with them.
