If they are still running it under AOBRD rules then yes. For example, Peoplenet has still yet to release software updates making their devices ELD compliant. They only satisfy AOBRD rules at the moment. If the full blown “ELD” mandate went into effect tomorrow, Peoplenet users would technically not be legal.

So I decided to give these people the benefit of the doubt. $0.60 per mile and average 2300 miles a week, plus home on weekends. Kinda hard not to see what it's about.

Well I've been here barely a month and a half, and it's complete ########.

I have never see anywhere near 2000 miles in a week, my truck sat in the shop for 8 days and I didn't see a penny, I wait a MINIMUM of 4 hours for a load, usually closer to 8. They have failed to get me home on the weekend 3 times now.

As I write this, I'm sitting 700 miles away from home, a day after I should have been home, on Father's Day Weekend.

Nobody in the office cares at all about the drivers, they tell you they're trying, but the loads just aren't there. ########. I live in a good lane, 3 hours from 4 different major cities.

Do not waste your time, or your sanity. Stay away.

EDIT: Shortly after posting this, I decided to say "#### it" and just start heading home. Made it almost 200 miles before I get a message saying that if I keep driving "unauthorized", they are going to CHARGE ME $3.00 PER MILE. What kind of ####ed up nonsense is this?? I know #### well they don't even get rates like that on their #### ### brokered freight. Pathetic excuse for a company.

Also, for someone asking if the were a hole-in-the-wall Russian operation, very close. All Macedonians. And of course the owner makes enough money that he drives a Lamborghini Urus to work.

The newer Peoplenet units are ELD compliant. I have one of the older one's that isn't, but it's due to be replaced soon.

 

Peoplenet has released it, your company may not have paid for the upgrade. My company upgraded in May.
