They don’t honor their contracts, they just change it , say sign or leave then claim they honor it. They’re still stealing 7 cents a mile on the surcharge that was meant for the contractors.

Not one person in this company will fight for the handful of good drivers they have, NOBODY! It’s just another turnstile company drivers come in and drivers go out. Focus is on recruiting and nothing else

The Owner/CEO has abandoned his contractors.Divers over the last few years were forced out of rates and money. The surcharge isn’t even in full they schemed 7cents a mile off of it. They do nothing about bad drivers dropping off bad equipment and maintenance is too busy to help. Now they can’t even pay their contractors, but the company side gets their money no problem. The managers have become auto response corparte robots( hers a vague answer now go away). So come on down and lose everything you have so that the Eagan office can go home on time. Rates in the industry is mid $3 a mile on average and your gonna be stuck running for a $1.40 and a reduced surcharge( toMatch their fuel discount). They keep up the recruitment bonuses as if drivers signed up to be recruiters but then again the director or operators was and is the director or recruiting too so you see where his priorities are. They wine and cry about their score but do nothing to help you, nothing. 25% of their drivers actually carry this company while the other 79% drool on themselves and the Eagan office doesn’t even know the difference. Day care isn’t the only fraud in Minnesota. Ohh and everything below this is only on here because bay and bay asked everyone to post a review while leaving their names like that ain’t suspect. Just another company looking for ppl to call bad instead of actual fixing anything. It’s literally a do nothing office…. They literally can’t even get their own name and logo right!!! My god!!!

It’s pointless though because you just look at your bank account while they move your profits to their payments . They only care about their ladder climbing and your the sacrifice to do it.

The miles, pay, and equipment is as advertised and expected. Being available is necessary to get miles/pay! I appreciate the Flexible Routing and Fuel Solutions so I can avoid using hometown Chris S, 816-702-9797

Very intelligent Dedicated Fleet Driver management team and experienced Safety Department

Cons

Still using paper trip sheets, no company swag. Still have to decide which T-shirt to wear every day.

Bay&Bay uses good trucks and trailers and takes very good care of their equipment. I have been treated fairly and with respect. I get home when I ask for it and no other problems.

Pros

I get paid well and I do get home. Troy is my driver manager.

Cons

I am an OTR Driver and so sometimes I'm out longer than I like.

BAY AND BAY TRANSPORTATION - AN ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE COMPANY FOR DRIVERS !

.....unfortunately all of the reviews on the main Bay and Bay page were posted by senior managers at Bay and Bay - They told me this themselves - none of these reviews come from real Bay and Bay drivers.....I am a real Bay and Bay driver - the following is WHAT'S REALLY GOING ON AT Bay and Bay: Bay and Bay goes thru drivers like water every single week because they pay their drivers 25 cents per mile and drivers quit the minute they find out what's really going on!!!......THEY DON'T TELL YOU THIS AT ORIENTATION ! EVERY MONDAY THEY HAVE A NEW ORIENTATION CLASS OF 12-20 NEW DRIVERS. I am the only one left at Bay and Bay from my orientation class of 12 drivers just 4 months ago! ........and am leaving this week ! .......at orientation one of their manager-crooks will walk in on the 2nd day and tell you the following: "we here at Bay and Bay use a driver accounting system known as P3" - what P3 is is simply an excuse for them to pay their drivers 25 cents per mile instead of the rate they tell you you'll get !!......they tell you in orientation that you'll get 2,800 miles/ week at about 40 cents per mile.....WHAT THEY DON'T TELL YOU IS THAT THEY WILL NEVER GIVE YOU 2,800 MILES PER WEEK !! - what you get instead is 1,200 miles / week , 1,500 miles per week, 1800 miles per week, etc and THEY THEN TELL YOU "OH - YOU DIDN'T DRIVE 2,800 MILES THIS WEEK - SO WE HAVE TO PUT YOU INTO P3 STATUS ( P3 MEANS THEY NOW PAY YOU 25 CPM INSTEAD OF WHAT THEY TOLD YOU AT ORIENTATION !!) - Bay and Bay is sham-company that ROBS DRIVERS EVERY SINGLE WEEK. This company is a thief - FIND YOURSELF A REAL COMPANY WHERE YOU'LL MAKE MORE THAN $300 / WEEK. That is the real deal on Bay and Bay. Drivers should never waste their time with this company. Do not waste your money on this company ! Drivers beware. Caveat Emptor !

Going off of what I've seen at their company in the last 8 years, they are running stronger than ever right now. New equipment, new customers, new ventures. Good stuff!
