I've been in the trucking industry almost 3 years an working over 50 years an don't do social media but I'm making an exception this time? This is the worst trucking company out there!!!! They talk to u like garbage, they shorted my paycheck majorly 3 times in 3 months, the mechanics are idiots, even asked me to drive a trailer to a loves with a flat tire to get it fixed! Jennifer in safety is the worst, she talks to u like a boot camp marine drill sergeant an every time a truck breaks down they make u sit for hours an days without pay an almost always blaim the drivers! Steer clear of this dying rinky dink company! THEY ARE NO GOOD!!!!!
Cons
Everything about them is a con

If I could give less than 1 star I would. I was a driver there for 2 months and I left them. This company is completely unorganized. I drove 3 different trucks when I was with them, all 3 had issues that the shop REFUSED to fix, dispatch has no idea what they are doing, and the pay was horrible. I would have made more money working at McDonalds than here. Do yourself a favor and don’t work here or use their services.
Any of the good reviews are PRIOR to them being bought out!
Pros
There are absolutely no pros working for this dumpster fire.

Bohren still has a small family feel, which makes it easier for communication. I know they have been in the process of some changes with ownership, but they do make the effort to keep drivers and don't let just issues go. I have had a pretty good work-life balance and money is decent.
Pros
The people in the office- they will help you, planning, customer freight, home-time
Cons
equipment has issues, like every where, but maintenance does address

I currently work for Bohren logistics as a company drivers. I can confirm you get paid by Premium Drivers aka a staffing agency. Basically it's skirting the FMCSA rules if you get paid percentage they have to show you the rate con but they don't because you don't work for them. Every week I get 1 to 3 loads that have some kind of issue and end up sitting on it for an extra day. Out of the last 6 weeks my take home has been under $1K all but 2 of those weeks. I do about 2000 miles a week but 400 of that is deadhead.
Cons
They have communication issues

Bait & Switch Company, you don’t work directly for them but Premier a third party. Once you get to the office they tell you if you don’t work for them for 3 maths you’re liable for $980 for the airplane fare, hotel, & rental car. This is Definitely a Good Ol’ Boy’s club kinda place if you get my drift. Tractor’s are straight up Trash!!! Dispatch managers are Straight TRASH!!! Don’t waste your Time coming there… You will regret it!!! Don’t say you weren’t Warned!!!
