Salary
Continental Express offers its employees the following pay and benefits:
- Starting pay is $0.48 to $0.53 per loaded mile depending on work history and $0.41 per empty mile
- The wage scale continues to grow annually up to $0.54 per loaded mile
- Annual safety and employment bonuses each pay
- Weekly fuel bonus per mile
- Top drivers receive $.54/mile
- Primarily no-touch freight; pay for stops, layover, detention or extra work performed
- We do have a pet policy
- $500 sign-on bonus
- $1000 Driver referral BONUS
