Great company. They worked with me in every way they could. 2001-2006. 3yrs owner operator, 2yrs company driver. I generally chose to stay on the road about 3 weeks and then asked dispatch to bring me home. 3 or 4days, never a problem.

Pros

Great equipment, and supervision.

Cons

I really can’t think of any cons as I said I feel they worked with me every way they could.

It is forced /under staffed....stick to the bureaucracy . Home in 3 maybe weeks, difficult to get maintainance...very heavy labor.

It's a good company to work for. Your not just a number, they do know your name. They have to enough freight to keep you running so you can make good money
