All they do is lie. They promise you a bunch of bonuses you will never see, no holiday pay, no vacations,no raises, most of the office workers are overseas, the list can go on... Terminals are a joke with not even a decent toilet.

Pros

If you have self-esteem do not apply

Cons

Don't waste your time

Management has NO integrity. They don't see a driver as a human being but as a piece of meat. They tell you one thing and don't keep a promise made. They disconnected the trucks battery while I was still in it leaving me stranded in 101° and then they stoll my TV, Microwave, Refrigerator/Freezer etc

Pros

None

Cons

Liars and cheats

Orientation was done well but that is where it ends... Upper management has NO integrity! Communication is extremely poor. Steer away from this company

Pros

Person who does orientation does a great job.

Cons

Management ● Tacoma Yard Cluttered and too small ● Communication

Was with them 4 yrs. Only stayed that long because retirement was just around the corner. Everything was a fight with them. Hometime, holidays. Run I 5 on Christmas Eve and you'll see a ton of Legend trucks when everyone else is home with their families. They don't care.

If you enjoy local Los Angeles you'll love this job. Equipment was decent as was everything else until recently.

Pros

Home time was fairly consistent

Cons

Lots of local runs on OTR pay, 14 hr days City driving for otr pay of 150 ish miles.

Don't bother with these people. I know a couple of guys who worked there and their stories pretty much match the OP. I know both drivers well and they're not prone to making up a bunch of bs or feeling sorry for themselves. If we had openings I'd hire both of them.

If you're part of the owner's ethnic group you might make out alright. If you're not you'll find that exclusivity games are constant.

They haul cheap freight, constantly under-bid other companies, promise their customers impossible delivery dates...and then expect the drivers to work miracles. Stay away.

This company is the worst company I ever worked. Truckers work hard to earn every cent and there is no reason to steal from there paycheck. The dispatchers on other hand never gives you loads on time. Sometimes you get a load, but the company runs out empty trailers so you are hunting to catch empty trailers before your own company drivers. Lack of communication in the office and not punctual at all. I mean there is efficient way to run a company rather than just brute strength. Save your self some headache and work for some other companies.
